LT Foods Ltd. (the Company) takes this opportunity to address the recent “Preliminary Notice” received by its subsidiary, Ecopure Specialities Ltd (Ecopure), engaged in the Organic Business of the Company. The notice was issued by US Department of Commerce, International Trade Administration (“US DoC”) pertaining to the exports of organic soybean meals.

On 13th June, 2025, US DoC informed Ecopure of a 340% Countervailing Duty (CVD) on its sales pertaining to the period January-December 23, amounting to Rs 50 cr.

The company feels confident about Ecopure Specialities Limited’s legal position to ask for a review of the Administrative Review of CVD and a favorable resolution to the matter. Based on the information available with the Company till date.
